It allows people to see that you’re just a human and have flaws like every other human. It might seem counter-intuitive, but a dose of humanity can produce loyalty from others.

It will show them that you are human, just as they are. This might not seem like a leader, but humanity can inspire major loyalty.
Take time every day to pay analyze what is going on in the workplace. Ask some team members for their observations, also. Be open to suggestions, discuss changes that should be made and work on fostering relationships.
Being a leader can take a lot of time and effort. Because of the amount of time and effort, people often struggle to have a balanced life outside of the business. To be a happy, great leader, you’ll need to have a well balanced life. So enjoy every part of your life by taking breaks from work when necessary.
Don’t set unrealistic goals. Doing so can set your team on the road to failure. Setting impossible goals also reflects poorly on you.
In your role as manager or team leader, try to take some time daily to assess how things are progressing. You could even ask a few members of your team to join you in this assessment. Ask for suggestions and take what they say to heart.
Learn how to alter your management styles based off of who you are currently working with. Your employees’ communication styles may greatly vary. If you can meet them halfway, you will foster better communication and organizational effectiveness.
